Joe Cole here. I am a creative professional web designer and developer located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
I started programming when I was 14, and have been working with XHTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL ever since. Currently, I specialize in PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and content management systems such as Wordpress and Drupal.
I also have a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), as well as web marketing on social networking sites (Digg, Reddit, Twitter, Propeller, etc...).
My portfolio is far from complete. I have created many, many websites over the years, most while working for web design companies around Cincinnati. Since that work was done while contracting for a company, I can't list those sites in my portfolio.
